By using Bazar or requesting a delivery through the platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them before using our services.

01 / ACCEPTANCE

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bazar Logistics website, delivery services and related features.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the relevant Bazar service.

02 / SERVICES

Our services

Bazar provides delivery coordination and related logistics services. Depending on availability, a delivery may be fulfilled by Bazar directly or by an independent delivery partner.

Service availability, delivery areas, estimated times and prices may vary depending on the route, package, service type and operational conditions.

03 / BOOKINGS

Delivery bookings

When making a booking, you are responsible for providing accurate information about the sender, recipient, pickup location, destination and package.

Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays, additional operational costs or an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

04 / PAYMENTS

Prices and payments

The price presented during the booking process should represent the applicable delivery charge for the selected service and details provided.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. A delivery may not be treated as successfully paid until the payment has been confirmed by Bazar's payment system.

Bazar may change prices, fees or service availability from time to time.

05 / PACKAGES

Packages and prohibited items

Customers must not use Bazar to transport illegal, dangerous or prohibited goods.

Packages should be properly packed and accurately described. Bazar may refuse or stop a delivery where the package presents a safety, legal or operational concern.

Examples of items that may be restricted

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances.
  • Weapons and unlawful explosives.
  • Hazardous materials.
  • Stolen or illegally obtained goods.
  • Other items prohibited by applicable law or delivery rules.
06 / DELIVERY

Delivery and delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, incorrect addresses, recipient availability, operational issues or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

A tracking status may be used to communicate the current stage of a delivery. Tracking information should not be interpreted as a guarantee of an exact arrival time.

07 / CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the stage of the delivery and whether costs have already been incurred.

If you need to cancel a delivery, contact Bazar as soon as possible through the available support channels.

08 / LIABILITY

Liability

Bazar will take reasonable steps to coordinate deliveries responsibly. However, delivery services involve circumstances that may be outside our direct control.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
